I havent really introduced myself to world so here it goes.
My name is Kayleigh and I am your professional Virtual Assistant with a strong and varied background in customer service, administration, and business support. Over the past 19 years, I have worked in fast-paced, customer-facing environments where delivering high standards, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple priorities were essential. These roles helped shape my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly skills that are now central to the service I provide as a Virtual Assistant.
Alongside my employed experience, I have also run my own business, which has given me invaluable insight into the realities of business ownership. Managing customers, schedules, finances, marketing, and day-to-day operations has allowed me to truly understand the pressures that come with running a business. This firsthand experience means I don’t just complete tasks I understand why they matter and how they impact the bigger picture of a business.
Throughout my career, I have built a broad skill set that includes administrative support, inbox and diary management, customer communication, organisation, and problem-solving. I am highly organised, reliable, and proactive, with a practical, hands-on approach to my work. Having spent years working directly with customers and business owners, I know how important professionalism, clear communication, and consistency are when representing a business.
The main reason I decided to become a Virtual Assistant is my genuine passion for helping people. I enjoy being hands-on and supporting business owners behind the scenes, taking tasks off their plate so they can focus on what they do best. Whether it’s streamlining admin, improving organisation, or managing ongoing tasks, I find real satisfaction in knowing that my support makes a positive difference to someone else’s workload and overall business growth.
