These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by JHC Virtual Assistant ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Services

 

JHC Virtual Assistant provides remote administrative and virtual assistant services as agreed with the client.

 

Services are provided on a freelance, independent contractor basis.

 

2. Payments & Retainers

 

Payments are required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Retainers must be paid before work begins and are non-refundable once services have started.

 

Invoices must be paid by the due date stated.

 

Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

 

3. Cancellations & Termination

 

Either party may terminate services with written notice in line with the agreed contract or package.

 

Unused retainer hours are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

 

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

 

Provide accurate and timely information

 

Respond promptly to requests needed to deliver services

 

Ensure they have the right to share any materials or data provided

 

5. Confidentiality

 

All client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except where required to deliver services or by law.

 

6. Data Protection

 

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

 

7. Liability

 

While we take reasonable care in delivering services, JHC Virtual Assistant is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

 

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

 

8. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
